What can I ask Bobby?
Almost anything about buying, leasing, financing, trade-ins, paperwork, or service. Ask naturally. Bobby will tell you what the available information supports, what is still unknown, and what to do next.
Do I need a VIN before I start?
No. Start with the question on your mind. A VIN, listing, worksheet, buyer’s order, or repair estimate can make later guidance more specific, but none is required for a useful first answer.
How should I photograph paperwork?
Photograph the full page in good light, keep all four corners visible, and avoid covering totals or fine print. You can remove personal details that Bobby does not need to answer the question.
Am I chatting with Bobby Jorgensen live?

What is a Bobby Read?
A Bobby Read is the clearest current answer the available evidence supports: the practical read, the honest unknowns, and the best next move. When a case is supported, a Decision File can preserve that work in a structured view.
What does Unknown mean?
Unknown means the available information did not establish the answer. It is not the same as no, zero, clean, safe, or verified. Bobby keeps unknowns visible so you know exactly what still needs checking.
Why is evidence marked stale or previous?
Stale evidence is an earlier observation that could not be refreshed. It stays labeled with its original timing. Bobby does not present it as newly checked or erase it when a source is temporarily unavailable.
Can Bobby tell me whether a car is safe?
No. Bobby can explain available recall information, paperwork, and service recommendations and help you prepare better questions. He does not replace a qualified inspection, mechanical diagnosis, legal opinion, or safety determination.

What appears in my recent chats?
Saved chat titles use general descriptions so navigation does not expose a VIN, dealer, customer name, or financial figure. Open a chat to see the details you chose to share.
How do I archive or delete a chat?
Open the menu beside a saved chat. Archive removes it from the active list. Delete permanently removes the saved conversation and guidance after you confirm the action.
How does paid access work?
Free access includes five Bobby Answers and one separate VIN snapshot. Deal Check is $96 one time and includes a Decision File when the case is eligible. Access remains subject to the product’s transaction-location and release checks. A checkout return by itself is not treated as active access.
